Parent and Child Coaching is designed around a family-centered approach that supports both parents and children together. Our signature program, Calm and Connected, is an 8-week experience inspired by the work of ADHD expert Cindy Goldrich.

Through weekly sessions, parents learn practical tools to create a calmer, more supportive home environment. The program emphasizes strengthening connection, building meaningful one-on-one time, and working collaboratively with your child to develop solutions that truly work for your family.

A Different Approach to ADHD

This isn’t about trying harder. It’s about understanding your brain and building systems that actually work for you.

What you'll gain:

  • Clarity about how your brain works
  • Practical tools you can use immediately
  • Less stress and overwhelm
  • More confidence in daily life

Let's start by understanding your needs

Before we begin coaching, I want to understand your goals, challenges, and what support will help you most.
